‘MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF PATRON OF GREAT’. Lord John Tomlinson
It was my privilege in 2005 to join the charity ‘GREAT’ as its Chief Patron and Member.
I often visit India and find many families unable to educate their children due to severe poverty and instead force them to work at the school age. ‘GREAT’ provides opportunity and chance to such deprived and exploited children and young students to go to school or college.
Over the years, the ‘GREAT’ Trustees and Officers have worked tirelessly to progress this charity to the highest standard and the charity has received recognition from many organisations and even from Her Majesty the Queen awarding MBE to the Founder Trustee, Dr Charan Bunger
The charity has my full support and I wish ‘GREAT’ Team my very best wishes.
